The Quantum Clearing Method is more effective than years of talking behavior therapy through counseling. There’s a place for that, but ruminating over the past with no forward movement is inefficient and quite frankly depressing.
Just follow the directions. I promise it’s worth it. Try not to give much thought to what you think it’s going to be like because, it probably isn’t that, AT ALL.
The exercise was great. I dreaded it – confronting, sitting with the demons - at first.
But the funny thing is that this was the most pleasurable part! Once I started, I began to see a very different side of these traits. I saw how they had a very honorable purpose at one time. I felt really liberated, giddy even.
But unlike the many times I had beaten myself up for these undesirable parts, I actually began to love those things and myself more fully. I no longer want them to run my life and I have let them go with grace.
My life actually took on a lighter hue. I felt lighter and brighter and my relationship with my daughter improved almost immediately and drastically.
And Renée is right – I didn’t have to do anything to change it. All I had to do was see it! Absolutely amazing and life-changing and it did in a couple of days what 35 years of therapy and working to change myself had not been able to accomplish.
These traits don’t go away exactly - they change though and it can be humorous when these things come up after this work. And YES I’m very different! Others have even seen it and commented.
